- Blug. If you are going to go to that much effort, just run UUCP. It's
- faster, more robust and it's made for just this type of arrangement.

- Personally, I do both online and UUCP. 99% of the time I read from the
- local spool (I use Arn). However, every so often, I need to investigate
- something covered by a group not in my "hot 100". Then I use an online
- reader.

- Programs like Grn bug the h*ll out of me. Grn wants to read the local
- active file when reading remotely. The fact that it wants to scan the
- news before it lets me edit the newsgroup list doesn't help either. So,
- I'm still looking for a good, occasional use, online reader.
